“I love having this little bag of magic in my toolkit. Participants get stuck in, searching through the small pile of pieces for just the thing that expresses who they are, why they’re at the event, what they want to achieve, or whatever question I’ve asked.”
How can I use this as a facilitator?
-
No! Using a Figiverse pack in your session is for any facilitator or trainer. Its an independent tool that is lightweight and easy to use. It can be relevant in any session, a few examples can be seen at the bottom of this page.
It is however also a great option for LSP facilitators to expand their kits and improve the representation in them.

This is a lightweight tool that can be thrown in your bag (or paneer) for any session, its easy to use and always gets a brilliant response. It is regularly commented on in feedback and because it is re-useable, it can last for many years (3 years and counting so far!) and be used with many groups

See below for a number of ways in which this tool can be used with a group. These are just a few examples, we have seen and heard of many more. Its a creative tool that can be used in creative ways.
You will also receive a digital handbook that will provide more detailed ideas for how you can use this kit in your workshop or sessions.

No, this product is focused on minifigures. Each pack does come with a number of (6×4) baseplates for participants to present their models on, along with white tiles that can have names or anything else written on. These can be cleaned and so are as reusable as the rest of the kit.
Use case
I love having this little bag of magic in my toolkit. Participants get stuck in, searching through the small pile of pieces for just the thing that expresses who they are, why they’re at the event, what they want to achieve, or whatever question I’ve asked.
It doesn’t take much time to build a figure that represents something about yourself, and to introduce it. People take photos of their figures, give them different names, open up about things that are important to them, or just put some fun into the room. Having a wide range of identities in the bag helps people feel seen and included.
As someone who works a lot with clients who value environmental protection and sustainability, the fact that I gather the pieces up again at the end and use them again and again goes down well. They don’t want to give them back, but we’ve all got to make sacrifices! I don’t have any other LEGO – I’m not a LEGO Serious Play facilitator – but the figis work really well in lots of different situations, and the bag is small enough that I take it to workshops even when I’m not sure whether I’ll use it or not. It’s part of my standard kit now.

We used the Figiverse kit during our first offsite event with 8 people that hadn't met or worked together in person before. While we've been working together online for some time, breaking the ice on the first day in particular was essential to the success of the following days. Our team of 8 comes with a background of 5 different nationalities which made the collaboration even more tricky. LEGO® minifigures® was the kick off activity on our first day together and was not just really fun but also incredibly insightful. No matter how extroverted or introverted a person is, everyone has a chance to present themselves through the little figure. We laughed, empathised, learned and most importantly we connected with each other in an authentic way. Being authentic doesn't come naturally to most people but getting an aid like the Figiverse and the LEGO® Minifigures® made an authentic connection possible
